Christian is a roboticist, software engineer and currently working in visual AI. He became a fan of Douglas Adams and the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy as a child after seeing the movie. He did not read the books or listen to the radio series until he was in his 20s during the COVID pandemic. That kicked off the years of deep research into the works and lectures of Douglas Adams. Much of that early research culminated in a blog post and an unofficial VR museum project, which was released in 2022.
Since then Christian still did research privately, but was mostly quiet in the fan groups. Now however, because of this podcast, he has been much more, possibly too active in the fan groups and is looking forward to sharing his research and insights with the community. Davorin is a longtime Douglas Adams fan and a recurring guest on Genuine Podcast Personalities. He is a co-founder and co-host of Opravičujemo se za vse nevšečnosti, a Slovenian-language podcast about life, the universe and everything.
Launched in 2020, the show began by discussing The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy one chapter at a time. After working through the six-book trilogy, Davorin and his co-hosts continued their Adams journey with Last Chance to See.
