Srihari is the host of Genuine Podcast Personalities. Relatively speaking, he is a brand new enthusiast having entered the fandom in a full-fledged manner only in 2025. His objective with this show is to platform a book club-like setting to broaden the scope of discussions that take place on the series with the intention of drawing more people into the community.
He is currently a graduate student in astrophysics, with the career choice being shaped by reading the Tintin adventures Destination Moon and Explorers on the Moon exactly 20 years ago. It was his quest for an adventure and comedy packed space based sci-fi series that landed him on The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series. Late night drives back home from work lasting 1.5-2 hrs while tuning into the radio series is something he would categorize as a top highlight of the past year, and served as a huge impetus for starting up GPP.
Aside from being an ardent fan of The Adventures of Tintin, he has a passion for cricket, tennis, and The Beatles.

Christian is a roboticist, software engineer and currently working in visual AI. He became a fan of Douglas Adams and the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy as a child after seeing the movie. He did not read the books or listen to the radio series until he was in his 20s during the COVID pandemic. That kicked off the years of deep research into the works and lectures of Douglas Adams. Much of that early research culminated in a blog post and an unofficial VR museum project, which was released in 2022.
Since then Christian still did research privately, but was mostly quiet in the fan groups. Now however, because of this podcast, he has been much more, possibly too active in the fan groups and is looking forward to sharing his research and insights with the community.
